on things for you and make sure that everything stays in good shape the
year around. That way you can spend more time enjoying your house and your
stay in the sunny South of France.

Knowing that someone keeps an eye on things during your absence increases the pleasure of owning a far away holiday home considerably. Our regular inspections are thorough and extensive, inside as well as outdoors. We check on your equipment and installations for correct functioning, air the house and empty the mailbox (important mail will be forwarded to your home address). We will send you an e-mail report directly after our inspection, so you’ll be well informed about the state of your property. And off course we take the necessary action whenever we find matters that need attending to. |

Maintenance of your swimming pool No greater pleasure than a refreshing dive in your own swimming pool directly on arrival. Coco-Provence Concierge makes it possible. We keep your swimming pool in a good state during your absence by checking on the installation (pump, filter, heating, etc) for good functioning and on the quality of the water on a regular basis. We add the necessary cleaning products and clean the pool and filtration system. Furthermore we can take care of the starting up and closing down of the installation at the beginning and the end of the season. |

Preparing
your holiday home for your stay If you want to start your holiday right away, once you have crossed the threshold of your holiday home, Coco-Provence Concierge can be of service as well. We can see to it that your house is clean and aired and that your refrigerator is well-stocked. You can have your favourite welcoming drink on a neatly swept terrace and freshly cleaned garden furniture. Even the flower boxes can be filled with fresh plants. And if you want, we can also perform the same routine in the opposite order after your departure, so that your holiday home is safely and soundly ready for an unoccupied period. |

Wouldn’t if be reassuring to know that you can rely on someone locally to look after your interests and act on your behalf whenever necessary? We speak both English and French and, since we are on the spot, we can take any necessary action without delay. We can also advise you on reliable local suppliers or supervise the activities of local suppliers you hired to work for you during your absence. |
